Explanation of Active vs. Sedentary

This page shows how much of your workday you have spent in motion and how much you have been sitting down. This is in relation to the goal you have set for yourself. For example, you can set a goal to be active for 2 hours of your workday.

On this screen, you can see that 18% of the work time was spent sitting down. However, Randi has been active for 1 hour and 13 minutes out of the 2 hours, which is her goal.

To change your active or sedentary goal, you need to press the menu in the top left corner.

Then, click on the icon in the top right corner to enter your settings.

Here, you click on the second item in the top overview (the target icon), which takes you to the shown page.

Here you can see that the current goal is set to reduce daily inactivity by 2 hours. Furthermore, the working hours are set to be from 08:00 to 16:00.

You can adjust your goals by pressing either + or -. Once you have set the desired goal, press save changes. Your changes will then be active from the next working day.
