Explanation of activity overview

In the GetUpp app, you can set personal goals and track your activities for the day.

The activity overview gives you insight into:

  • How much time you have been active
  • How many calories you have burned
  • How long a distance you have covered
  • How many steps you have taken
  • How many stairs you have climbed

At the bottom of the page, you can see your overview for the whole week – if the circle is blue, it means you have achieved your goals, but if it’s red, you haven’t achieved your goal. You can always change your goals – read more about how to do that here.

To get the full benefits of the app and its data, you should connect it to your phone. This way, you give the app access to fetch your health data, which will also be included in your activity overview. Read more about how to do this for Apple Health here, Garmin here or Google Fit here.
